As COVID-19 forces us to collectively adjust our lives in so many ways, the value of community has never been more important. We are only as strong as our consideration of each member of our broader community. We also know that the arrival of your seasonal box could be the ray of sunshine needed during an otherwise confusing and difficult time, as the box itself is a symbol of togetherness, social awareness, and kindness — and the stories inside demonstrate just how big our world is and the power of humanity to come together to face any challenge.
We wanted to take a moment to share some recent developments here as they relate to our communities and the arrival of your Box and Add-On Market orders.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Consistent with CDC guidelines, we've worked with our longtime fulfillment partner to take the following actions:
- Frequent and mandatory hand washing for all staff, supported by extra portable washing stations.
- 6 ft. minimum distance requirements for any staff in adjacent stationary locations.
- Routine use of gloves and sanitizer.
- Screening for COVID-19 associated symptoms at start of, and on an ongoing basis throughout, the work day.
While we’ve worked hard to mitigate effects in our supply chain, we recognize that our normal shipping timelines have been affected by COVID-19 precautions and changes/accommodations due to COVID-related challenges faced by our artisan, brand and supply chain partners around the world. Thank you for your patience as we work safely and quickly to deliver your box. Once your box ships, the tracking number and link to track your box will display in your My Subscriptions. You will also be sent a shipping confirmation email to your email account on file with this information included.
If your personal location or situation has changed as a result of COVID-19 and you are hoping to make an adjustment to your membership before your order arrives, please send an email to our Community Support Team directly. At this stage, we are actively shipping and any adjustments made to your account will not take effect until the summer season begins.
