The custom tool becomes available in Annual Members’ Box Customization page in their account prior to the start of each season — generally, this will happen about a week or two prior to each seasonal renewal date noted below.
As choice items for each seasonal box are released, Annual Members will be able to customize these in the Box Customization page when logged in.
Once the customization window is open for all choice items in the box, rolling emails will also be sent to all Annual Members that purchased their subscription any time prior to the customization window opening for a particular season, notifying them it is time to make and save their choice selections.
Welcome Box seasons follow a similar pattern — we will email new Welcome Box purchasers once the customization window opens and it is their turn to customize!
