For Annual Members that purchased their subscription any time prior to the customization window opening for a particular season, the custom tool used to select and save your custom choices will be found in your Box Customization page, when logged into your account, once the customization window is open. Rolling emails will also be sent to all Annual Members notifying them the customization window has opened for the upcoming season. For Annual Members who purchased their subscription AFTER the initial customization window has opened for the season, you will be able to select your choice items in the sign up flow and may also make any changes to your selections in the Box Customization page after.
Once the customization window has closed, you will be unable to make any any further changes to your choice selections. The most recently saved choices will be applied to your order and we will begin preparing your box for shipment!
- Log in to your account at shop.alltrue.com/app/login
- Visit your Box Customization page by clicking on the 'Customize your box' link on your home page.
- If you have more than one subscription, select the corresponding subscription you wish to customize.
- You will then be prompted to select your choice for each choice category. You can read more about each product offered by clicking the 'View Details' button below the product.
- When you are ready to make your choice selection, please click the "+" button on the top right of the product to add it as your choice selection in your box and click 'Save & Continue.'
- Please repeat steps 4-5 for each of the choice items in the box. Once you have selected an item from each choice category, you will be able to review your selections and can make any changes necessary by using the 'Edit' to the right of each choice.
- Once you are ready to submit your choice selections, please click the 'Done' button.
- Once your box has been customized, you may still go back to your Box Customization page to view and change your existing selections (as long as the customization window is still open).
Should you find it hard to choose you may not have to with the introduction of Choice+! Choice+ will allow members to boost their boxes with multiple products from each category at member-only prices of up to 70% off. If Choice+ is available for an item, you will see a button at the top of the item with the corresponding price and the word "Add" as seen below. Should you click this button, that item will be added to cart. Please note — in order to receive the extra item you will need to complete checkout. After you finish making all choice selections, you will be taken to the Checkout Screen to 'Confirm and Purchase' any additional Choice+ products you added to your cart! At this time, all Choice+ product purchases will ship separately from your box.
